Nothing to complain about, greatly enjoyed this place and would definitely recommend. My stay was comfortable for 2 nights. The location of the hotel was marvellous and perfect - at a moderate distance from York Minster. Furthermore, the area was lovely. The personnel was nice and lovely, and the host too. The breakfast was really tasty and gorgeous with toast and bacon, as for instance, the restaurant was beautiful.

Great location, just a short walk to the city center and all the attractions. Comfortable room with all the basic amenities.- Friendly and helpful hosts who provided useful information about the city.
The noise from the road can be quite bothersome, especially during the night. The family room was quite small and the layout with the bathroom through the kids' room was inconvenient.

Had a fantastic city break! the location was spot on, just a short walk from the main high street and all the attractions. Our hosts were really lovely, showed us around and made us feel right at home. the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, including vegetarian. We especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and toast. the room was clean and cosy, perfect for a romantic getaway. the small touches, like the teddy bear on the bed, added to the charm.
The inconsistent Wi-Fi, which cut out a few times.
